Our Mission Valkyrie Theater of Dance, Drama & Film is a non-profit corporation and organized for the following purposes: To bring dance, drama and filmmaking to teenagers giving them the means to turn the hopelessness and fear of their lives into dramatic pieces. Through their own growth they influence other teenagers, their parents and their communities. The participants work with experienced artists in a joint collaboration of plays and films aiming to create social change. Performances by students and professionals serve as fundraisers Valkyrie Theater will be seeking funding from grants and foundation organizations. The contributions fund the workshops that are currently in progress. This is our third year workshops and our second year of performances by teachers and students.
